Shine The Light

A team of seven individuals named “The Lion Chasers” from Rye (CO) was originally heading to Kukra Hill in Nicaragua earlier in June, to continue to support a sister congregation. Plans changed and the team headed to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, to work along side two global servants, Rev. Vital & Kelly Pierre.

Update on Global Health June 2018

One of the newest projects I have had the privilege of joining is the health care education initiative for local leaders in Lebanon. I will be partnering with Crossroads Baptist Church in the Denver area and several local organizations working with the marginalized and immigrant populations throughout Lebanon.

IM Announces New Director of Mission Mobilization 

The Rev. Dr. Rodney Ragwan was recently selected as director of Mission Mobilization for International Ministries. He began his service in this key leadership position on June 1.

IM Responds to a Destructive Volcanic Eruption in Guatemala and Political Unrest in Nicaragua

International Ministries has received an emergency relief grant of $8,500 from One Great Hour of Sharing to respond to the critical needs in Latin America following the deadly volcanic eruption in Guatemala and the violence in Nicaragua.
