Alise and Mark will serve at the House of Love and House of Blessing in Chiang Mai, Thailand. These ministries were established by IM missionary Kim Brown to serve tribal women and children coping with problems caused by AIDS, disabilities and migration from their rural villages to urban slums.
Kim works with a team of indigenous leaders to manage a multi-faceted response to the needs of tribal peoples: HIV/AIDS prevention education, care for those who are HIV+ (including the House of Love for women and children affected by AIDS), ministry to people with disabilities, youth ministry and education and economic development work among migrants in locations spanning from traditional villages to urban slums.
Greetings from Chiang Mai, Thailand! As most of you know, from August 29 – November 4, I traveled far and wide throughout the United States. The picture above gives you an idea of my route.
Matt and Lori serve in Laos and Thailand. In Laos, they work to bring hope and restoration to children and youth who have suffered or are at risk for the worst forms abuse and exploitation, including street children; children living in slum communities who are victims of abuse and domestic violence; and victims of child labor and sex trafficking.

Jeni serves on the leadership team at the New Life Center Foundation (NLCF) in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Established in 1987, the New Life Center serves young ethnic minority (tribal) women who are at risk for, or survivors of, human trafficking, forced labor and sexual abuse.
