American Baptist International Ministries (IM) is pleased to announce that its new executive director / CEO, the Rev. Sharon T. Koh, will bring the message at the opening worship service at the American Baptist Churches (ABCUSA) Biennial Mission Summit on Friday evening, June 30, 2017.

The Ghana Baptist Convention’s Baptist Vocational Training Center (BVTC) where Rovaughna serves is growing. Now 82 students are enrolled there—71 girls and 11 boys.

On January 15, 2017, the Rev. Carmella Jones was commissioned by the American Baptist International Ministries (IM) Board of Directors to serve in Hungary.

Jones is preparing to relocate to Hungary in March 2017 and will serve as a school chaplain through IM partner Hungarian Baptist Aid.

Valerie and Aaron Osterbrock of Hamilton, Ohio, were endorsed on December 13, 2016, by American Baptist International Ministries (IM) to serve at the Sabah Theological Seminary in East Malaysia.

Peter and Sarah McCurdy of Ridgeway, New Jersey, began their missionary service in Costa Rica in December 2016. The couple’s four children, ages 7 to 16, are serving with them.
