Serving through UNIBAUTISTA, God has used CARLOS and MAYRA, known as “the BGs,” as regional consultants for discipleship in churches and with ethnic groups in Colombia, Nicaragua, Spain, Chile, and throughout Iberoamerica and the Caribbean. Their ministry includes working with the Wayuu people in the Guajira, the northern region of Colombia. The BGs have faithfully served through International Ministries since 2000 and communicate regularly in their newsletter, Acts and Love in Action—BGs Et Al. As discipleship consultants, they are determined to love intentionally (Romans 12:15) while correctly explaining the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15), knowing God provides the growth (1 Corinthians 3:9).
