Bill works with national health care workers providing medical and counseling services to victims of sexual violence while Ann supports educational and relief services to orphans and vulnerable children. The Clemmers travel regularly to South Sudan to help sustain health and educational ministries they have been involved in since 2010.
David and Laura provide preventive and curative health services to remote and vulnerable communities where there are no doctors through the training and support of health promoters.
Big Juan and my heart have been aching for Nicaragua our homeland. The government has been shamelessly killing its citizens … The thing that pulls at our heart is that Juan’s mom and siblings and cousins and basically all of his family still live in Nicaragua, they are the ones that have heard the gun shots, the ones that have had to walk from one town to another because of the road blocks, they are the ones that are struggling to buy the essentials, they are the ones worried daily about their child’s wellbeing at school.
Alise and Mark will serve at the House of Love and House of Blessing in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Working through longtime IM partners Integrated Ministries for the Ethnic Minorities Foundation and the Thailand Karen Baptist Convention, Alise and Mark’s ministry will focus on the discipleship and spiritual development of children and staff, administrative responsibilities and community development.
Ann and Bruce work alongside national leaders in the Asia-Pacific Region to build capacity in theological education, church-based community and economic development, servant leadership, social entrepreneurship, cross-cultural global servant training and ministry with refugees.
