International Ministries is excited to announce that, thanks to a generous donor, all gifts to IM for the “Thailand – Building for NightLight and Song Sawang Church” project up to $100,000 will be doubled between now and December 31, 2018!

Stacy and Tim Reese from Massillon, Ohio, have been endorsed to serve as International Ministries (IM) global servants in Haiti.

The couple will serve in Discipleship and Community Development with IM partner in Haiti the Christian Association for Spreading the Gospel and Economic and Health Development.

Ruth Vindas of Santo Tomás, Costa Rica, has been appointed to serve as an International Ministries (IM) associate missionary in San José, Costa Rica. Vindas currently serves on the faculty of IM partner the Latin American Biblical University (UBL), a seminary founded in 1923 that prepares pastors and leaders to serve in churches throughout Latin America.

A delegation from International Ministries (IM), also known as the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, joined leaders of the Myanmar Baptist Convention (MBC) in a series of meetings with government officials representing the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on October 17, 2018.

The Indonesian island of Sulawesi was devastated by a massive earthquake and tsunami on September 28, followed days later by a volcanic eruption. International Ministries has responded by sending $15,000 in One Great Hour of Sharing emergency relief grants to partners in Indonesia, and additional aid is urgently needed.
