Kihomi Ngwemi & Nzunga Mabudiga

KIHOMI and NZUNGA serve in the Dominican Republic as a vital link between IM and the island of Hispaniola. They started a new Creole-speaking church, New Creation Baptist, in Villa Altagracia. They work to address the multiple issues people are facing in the DR and Haiti. Kihomi works with families in counseling, women’s health, community health, evangelism and economic development. She is the advisor to the Association des Femmes Baptistes d’Haiti. Kihomi and Nzunga write books used in French-speaking countries. They also administer a scholarship program for students, manage mission projects that provide poor children with goats and pigs, and supervise the Cap-Haitian Eye Clinic which is expanding to include a dental clinic.
