What meals are included with my registration?

Breakfast and lunch on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31 are included with your registration. These meals will have options for those who are gluten free and vegetarian.

Dinners on July 29, 30, and 31 are not included, but can be purchased as an add-on option for $50 per person. If you choose to eat out for dinners, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We’ll provide a list and update this page in the near future.

What is the conference schedule?

You can view the up-to-date conference schedule here. Each day begins with breakfast before a morning worship session at 9:00am designed to help you wake up and start the day! There are interactive sessions scheduled before and after lunch, with free time in the late afternoon. And of course an evening session at 7:00pm with presentations from global servants and others!

What if I want to enjoy other attractions before or after the conference?

Registered participants will receive a link to Visit Orlando page specifically for WMC attendees with links to discount ticket options for multiple area attractions, as well as discounts at local restaurants.

Will there be an offering during the conference?

Yes! We will receive an offering on each of the three evenings during worship. You can give by cash, check, or an online donation with a credit card.

How do I book a hotel room?

When you register you will receive information on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email about booking into the discounted room block for International Ministries at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. Staying at the Rosen Plaza, along with other attendees, global servants, and IM staff, ensures that you’ll get the most out of your World Mission Conference experience. The discounted room rate at the Rosen Plaza is also good for three days before and after the conference, giving you the option to plan a longer stay. Rooms come in configurations of one king bed or two double beds (some rooms have two queen beds). Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, mini fridge, safe and hairdryer.

Is there a dress code?

No. Shorts, jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, or sandals are all fine. You definitely won’t need suit jackets and ties or dresses and high heels! July in Florida is hot and humid. But meeting spaces are air conditioned and may be chilly. We suggest bringing some layers. There is also an outdoor pool at the hotel. Remember to bring your swimming attire if you’d like to use the pool.

What is there to do during free time?

Orlando has a lot to offer, from Disney attractions to Universal Studios to golf, mini-golf, and other family activities.

The Visit Orlando website provides information about a wealth of activities in the Orlando area. After you register for the conference, we will send a link to purchase discount tickets for theme parks and other attractions via Visit Orlando!

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes. Overnight parking rates for 2026 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel are $29/night for self-parking and $39/night for valet.

When should I arrive?

Plan to check in to the hotel by 5:00pm on Wednesday, July 29. The conference starts with an evening session at 7:00pm. Registration is open starting at 11:00am on July 29.

Hotel check-in begins at 3:00pm. You may pay an additional fee to check in early, or you can store your bags with the bell desk if you arrive before 3:00pm.

How far is the airport from the hotel?

Orlando International Airport is about 12 miles from the Rosen Plaza Hotel–a roughly 20 minute ride.

Keep in mind that there are multiple Rosen properties in Orlando and on International Drive. The WMC will be held at:

You can take an Uber or Lyft or taxi from the airport. Average rates for Uber or Lyft are around $40-50, and the trip takes between 20 and 30 minutes depending on traffic and time of day.

When should I depart?

Programming ends on Friday night, July 31. You can head home any time on Saturday morning, August 1, unless you plan to stay additional days for time with family/friends.

Hotel check-out time is 11:00am. You can also pay an additional fee for a late check-out.

Will there be programs for children and youth?

Yes! We will have mission-oriented programs for children and youth from K through 12th grade. This will include short sessions with some of IM’s global servants, music, games, and other mission-centered activities.

Childcare will also be provided during the morning sessions and the afternoon session (until 3:00pm) for those pre-K and younger.

On the morning of Thursday, July 30, we will have forms for parents/guardians to fill out when dropping off your children. Please also remember that all children must be registered so that we have an accurate count and complete contact information.

All children will attend the evening session with their parents, unless you choose to make arrangements on your own.

Children 11 and under can register for free!
