Breakfast and lunch on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31 are included with your registration. Dinners on July 29, 30, and 31 are not included, but can be purchased as an add-on option for $50 per person. If you choose to eat out for dinners, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We’ll provide a list and update this page in the near future.
You can view the up-to-date conference schedule here. Each day begins with breakfast before a morning worship session at 9:00am designed to help you wake up and start the day! There are interactive sessions scheduled before and after lunch, with free time in the late afternoon. And of course an evening session at 7:00pm with presentations from global servants and others!
Yes! We will receive an offering on each of the three evenings during worship. You can give by cash, check, or an online donation with a credit card.
When you register you will receive information on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email about booking into the discounted room block for International Ministries at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. Staying at the Rosen Plaza, along with other attendees, global servants, and IM staff, ensures that you’ll get the most out of your World Mission Conference experience. No. Shorts, jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, or sandals are all fine. You definitely won’t need suit jackets and ties or dresses and high heels! July in Florida is hot and humid. But meeting spaces are air conditioned and may be chilly. We suggest bringing some layers. There is also an outdoor pool at the hotel. Remember to bring your swimming attire if you’d like to use the pool.
Orlando has a lot to offer, from Disney attractions to Universal Studios to golf, mini-golf, and other family activities. We’ll be compiling a list of nearby attractions. Check back frequently to see the list!
Yes. Overnight parking rates for 2026 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel are $29/night for self-parking and $39/night for valet.
Plan to check in to the hotel by 5:00pm on Wednesday, July 29. The conference starts with an evening session at 7:00pm. Registration is open starting at 11:00am on July 29.
Orlando International Airport is about 12 miles from the Rosen Plaza Hotel–a roughly 20 minute ride.
Yes! We will have mission-oriented programs for children and youth from pre-K through high school. Additional information on the children and youth programs will be available soon.
