Dear friends,

October is one of my favorite months of the year! I love seeing the leaves start to change and the smell of the crisp air. I hope you too are enjoying the Fall, well that is if you live in a place where there is Fall. I know these clear sunny autumn days won’t last long here in the Pacific Northwest, so I have been enjoying being out in God’s beautiful creation. I love to see the trees show their bright red, yellow, and orange colors. As I walk, I thank God for the beauty and I thank God for you!

September and October has been a great time of traveling and sharing my story to individuals, churches, and American Baptist Women groups. Thank you for opening your church and your homes so I can share what God is doing in Bolivia through House of Hope. I look forward to participating in the West Virginia Baptist Convention annual meetings this weekend!

It is with great joy and thanksgiving that I share with you my gratitude for all of your faithful financial partnership and your prayers! You are sending me and your ongoing gifts allow me to serve through International Ministries as your Global Servant to Bolivia! Because of your partnership, my current percentage of recurring support is 83%! Just 17% to go and I can buy my ticket to Santa Cruz, Bolivia!

Another reason why October is one of my favorite months is because October is World Mission Offering (WMO)month. Every year, American Baptists come together and give to WMO. Your giving goes to support the work that American Baptist International Ministries are doing around the world. This is a great time of year to start giving to my ministry if you have been wanting to and haven’t done so yet. You can start by giving to the WMO and designate your gift towards my support. Thank you for giving generously this month to the World Mission Offering!

Blessings,

Sarah

I shared with children and children at heart in my church, First Baptist of Olympia, about my ministry  during International Sunday on September 30th.

I found a llama at the local Pumpkin Patch. It made my heart full of joy and great anticipation to begin serving in Bolivia.

Prayers and Thanksgivings:

-Praise God for providing financial partners to be at 83% of my goal!

-Joyful and thankful to be planning my commissioning service!

-Thankful to going to West Virginia on Thursday to attend the West Virginia Baptist Convention annual meetings!

-Thankful for Team Nash and the support they give me! Thank you Carolyn, Betty, Kacie, Marlon, Sarah S.K., Emily, and Becky (Mom) for serving on my MPT (Mission Partnership Team).

-Pray for hearts to be open and people will give generously, so that I reach 100% by the end of the year!

Help me reach 100% by giving today

THANK YOU! ¡GRACIAS!
