I wish you could have been there! I (Ann) was blessed to be part of the first International Missions Conference organized by the Convention of Philippine Baptist Churches and Swatow Baptists in June. The conference was held in Hong Kong where approximately 200,000 Filipinas work, primarily as domestic servants.

Have you ever stood under a hot shower after a long day and just experienced the sheer joy of it? That’s how we felt during our recent ministry trip to the Philippines.

I have been in the Philippines for just over two months now. It has been a great journey so far. I am glad to be back working with the community I worked with in 2012 and 2013, Companion With the Poor, and now also International Ministries!
