Dear friend,

Thank you for journeying and partnering with me in my international mission work. God is alive and moving throughout the world!

I taught the literacy seminar last February in the Dominican Republic to seven dedicated women who are leading and mentoring girls in the TCGC clubs in the Haitian Bateyes. The women are grateful for the new tools they learned and are excited to help the girls read more and better. They are also excited about the the mini libraries!  to read more & see pictures.

As of today, a total of ten mini libraries have been delivered to three different countries! The girls are excited to be able to take books home to read, as many have limited access to books. A couple of the books are highly sought after by all the girls, they line up to be the next one to read it! The girls excitedly discuss the books after reading them, and the mentors are now reading the books too! The joy of reading is spreading, and literacy rates are naturally increasing!

The hybrid tutoring program at Deborah’s House is off to a great start! My colleague, Jae Stockton, who was recently reassigned to Deborah’s House, has been a huge help in getting the tutoring program off to a great start. She shares her experience: “I am blessed to be helping with the Deborah’s House Tutoring Project ministry. I’m involved in the technical side and as a teacher’s aide when the children connect to Didaque Baptist School virtually. It is a joy to assist the virtual teacher in person because it is an online class. What a blessing! The children are showing remarkable progress, with improved attitudes and enthusiasm for virtual classes, and they actively participate in class. This brings great joy to the leaders at Deborah’s House.”

I sincerely appreciate your prayer and financial support over the past eleven years! This support has played a crucial role in transforming lives in Iberoamerica and the Caribbean & its impact is still moving forward. I ask that you prayerfully consider transferring your current support to one of the five projects I will continue to manage or to another missionary. The STEP project at Didaque is in greatest need of new and increased support. This school also supports the hybrid tutoring program project. Use the links above or below to change to whom or to which project(s) you wish your future gifts to go to OR call IM Donor Services (610)768-2323 to make the changes.
