Pastor Peggy Yeung has a great passion for sharing the love of Jesus Christ with the children and grassroots families. Serving as the District Leader of the Metro World Child Hong Kong, she and her team have reached out to hundreds of kids and their parents in the public parks and through visitations. Peggy is also an appointed missionary of the ABC related Chinese Missionary Baptist Church (CMBC) in New York. International Ministries has invited Peggy to help the COVID relief in Hong Kong. Peggy and her team focus on providing health care kits and food to the seniors, the ethnic minorities, and other marginalized groups in Hong Kong. Ivy and Emerson Wu, Co-coordinators of Global Chinese Mission coordinate the COVID relief in Hong Kong and Macau.
CMBC senior pastor Rev. Kenny Auyeung praised Peggy and her ministry, “Working together with Pastor Ben of IM, and Pastor Peggy, our New York City church expanded in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. God opened enormous opportunities for American Baptist churches to support the spread of the Gospel among the least of Christ’s in far and near corners of the world.”
