Revs. Suzi & Jim Harriff will be leading a team from various American Baptist Churches in New York State to their second home in Kigali, Rwanda on a ten day short-term mission trip in June. Since 2005, Revs. Suzi & Jim have made annual trips to Rwanda to walk alongside christian churches to help with the ministry of healing and reconciliation. The team of six committed servants leaving NYS June 4th, will have a college student studying to be an early childhood teacher, traveling for the first time on a short-term mission trip; a regional board member of Missions from the Bronx; the Regional Executive Minister, who was a global servant for International Ministries in Italy and Asian countries and an occupational therapist with over twenty years of experience working with adults with varying degrees developmental abilities. All are traveling with hearts and ears open to being God’s instruments of healing, mercy, hope and love. They travel the thousands of miles, long airplane flights because God called and they responded “use me Lord” in this healing partnership.
