Sarah McCloy, Special Assistant to the Short-Term Mission desk,  shares about her contribution to 2021 Camp Global:

Every year the West Virginia Baptist Convention holds Camp Global—a weekend camp all about missions. This year I led a workshop on how to do short-term mission trips well. We talked about the importance of pre-trip preparation, team building, and debriefing after returning home.  It was an opportunity for those who attended to reflect together on past short-term mission experiences—good and bad—and how to use those experiences to participate in future short-term missions with an open heart and a clear purpose.                                                                                                                              Overall, the camp was a great time to fellowship with others who care about missions and hear about all the amazing things God is doing around the world.
