To enter the Miles for Mission 5K Challenge (“Contest”), you (1) must be a registered participant and walk in the 5K between Sunday, April 13, 2025 and Sunday, April 20, 2025; (2) follow International Ministries (“IM”) on Instagram and Facebook; and (3) share a post of your participation with the hashtag #MilesForMission on social media. Following completion of the 5K Challenge, IM will confirm compliance with these Rules and determine the winners as set forth below. There is no obligation for you to purchase anything. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or forged submissions. All photographs and posts submitted become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. IM reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these Official Rules.

Three (3) Winners will be selected who complied with the entrance requirements and raised the most money participating in the 5K Walk. If there is a tie for any prize, the tie will be broken by a random drawing by the judges of the Contest on or about April 21, 2025 from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor. Odds of being selected a Winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor. Winners will be required to sign and return a Publicity Release within 7 days of the date of notification by Sponsor or Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected based on the above rules from the remaining eligible entrants.

Three (3) Prizes will be awarded. First prize is one ticket to go on an IM short-term mission trip. Approximate retail value $3,000.00. Second Prize is one ticket to the World Mission Conference 2026 in Orlando, Florida. Approximate retail value is $1,500.00 Third Prize is a gift card to IM’s merchandise store and an exclusive Miles for Mission t-shirt. Approximate retail value is $100. Some restrictions may apply. All expenses of a personal nature for the first and second prizes, such as gratuities and other expenses not specified, and all taxes, including federal, state, and local are the sole responsibility of Winners and are not included. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion. Winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the Prize. IM will coordinate the award of all prizes and all trips and accommodations will be arranged by IM. No cash redemption or Prize substitution will be allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Open to all U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, Prize suppliers, advertising agencies and agents (“Sponsor and its agents”) and immediate family members of, and persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible. “Immediate family” is defined as parents, siblings, stepparents, stepchildren, children, or spouse.

All U.S, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Contest, Winners consent to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners also agree: (1) to be bound by the Official Rules; (2) to hold Sponsor and its agents harmless from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Contest or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize; and (3) that the decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
