King of Prussia, PA — International Ministries (IM) is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members who will strengthen its mission stewardship efforts: Terry Tolbert and Jerome Madigan.

Terry Tolbert joins IM with more than 20 years of pastoral ministry experience, having served in five churches across the Southeastern United States. In addition to his ministry leadership, Terry brings over a decade of nonprofit development and fundraising expertise, working with both churches and community organizations. His professional background also includes sales and leadership experience in consulting services such as eLearning, leadership development, and team facilitation.

Terry has a deep passion for global missions, having led numerous international mission trips and trained pastors in 11 countries. His work has focused on equipping leaders to make disciples and multiply discipleship efforts worldwide. He and his wife, Jen, are based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and are proud parents of five adult children.

Joining alongside Terry, Jerome Madigan steps into the role of Mission Stewardship Manager, bringing more than 25 years of ministry experience as a pastor, along with a strong background in fundraising leadership. Jerome has served in key nonprofit roles, including board service with Footsteps Missions and as fundraising chair for the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League.

In addition to his ministry and development experience, Jerome offers specialized expertise in commercial real estate. As a church property strategist, he has helped ministries navigate mergers, property transitions, and capital campaigns, enabling churches to maximize their resources for mission impact.

Jerome lives in Redwood City, California, with his wife and their three children. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys outdoor activities and creative pursuits, including music writing and production.

“We are thrilled to welcome Terry and Jerome to the IM team,” said Rachel Luce, IM Donor Partnership Director. “Both bring a unique blend of ministry experience, leadership, and passion for global mission that will strengthen our ability to support global servants and partners around the world.”

Their addition reflects International Ministries’ ongoing commitment to expanding its capacity to mobilize resources, engage supporters, and advance God’s work globally.
