Hope for Her is a new collaborative initiative forged between International Ministries and American Baptist Women’s Ministries. Your gift through Hope for Her will make a lasting impact by supporting ministries that provide education, counseling, and more to women and girls in need.

 

Ministries for women and girls through IM include:
  • Deborah’s House | Mexico

This residential ministry is a place for healing and aftercare for children, women, and survivors of domestic violence.

  • IMCC Women’s Forum | India

The Women’s Forum of IMCC (India Mission Coordinating Committee) is providing regional awareness programs on gender bias and gender-based violence and organizing skill-based trainings for survivors of domestic violence.

  • INSAAF: Justice and Compassion of Jesus | Lebanon

INSAAF is the only Christian organization on a regular basis providing language courses, computer classes, entrepreneurial skills training, medical assistance, food aid, trauma counseling, legal counsel, and spiritual care for female migrant domestic workers in Lebanon.

  • Lott Carey Baptist Mission School | Liberia

The school’s menstrual hygiene program provides health and hygiene counseling and free sanitary supplies to female students.

  • Baptist Union of Southern Africa Women’s Department | South Africa

The Women’s Anti-Gender Violence project includes vocational training for domestic violence survivors and other vulnerable women, local workshops regarding gender-based violence, funds for literacy training and education, and other aftercare.
