And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Hebrews 10:24-25

The Lord moved in an wonderful way and opened a door for Brian to safely travel to and from Haiti.  Brian met with pastors and deacons at the First Baptist Church of Ounamenthe, Haiti.  Was hosted by the General Secretary of the Haitian Baptist Convention (CBH), met with representatives of the new CBH executive committee and caught up with some friends we have in Cap Haitien.

Lynette held down the fort in La Romana, getting kids to school and handling all things at home.

It was a blessed opportunity to encourage our Haitian Brothers and Sisters in Christ. To bear witness and hold their struggles as we prayed and lifted them up to the Lord.

Of course there was time to play with some of the kids, which is always filled with laughter and joy.

It is a wonderful country filled with wonderful people who are rich with passion and culture.  People who when put under immense pressure, find a way to survive.  It is a country that is so dear to our hearts.

Thank you for your prayers and support as we continue to learn of ways to support and build up local pastors and leaders.
