Kristy Engel

KRISTY, a global consultant with a healthcare focus, is a trained pediatric nurse practitioner who served for 12 years in the Dominican Republic, leading teams and working with public health issues. Kristy helps during times of major crises. This includes the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the 2014 Ebola outbreak, and in Ukraine since 2022. She provides health assessments, training, clinical skills, partner consultation, and crisis relief throughout the world. A hallmark of Kristy’s work is teaching about Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD).
