Felícita Burgos-Hernández

FELÍCITA is an associate global servant appointed by IM in partnership with RECONPAZ (Continental Christian Network for Peace). As a regional consultant for peace and justice, Felícita works together with other leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean to care for and defend creation alongside local churches and communities. RECONPAZ supports communities and indigenous people who are defending nature. They conduct research on the violence suffered by creation and its defenders. They also develop and offer trainings to raise awareness among people of faith about their responsibility to care for creation. RECONPAZ gives pastoral and spiritual care for trauma healing and supports environmental causes that affect communities through communication and advocacy.
