Amanda and Jon are responding to an invitation to work with the Italian Baptists in ministries of evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and theological education.

We are excited to share this update with you!  A few weeks ago, we were able to travel to meet with our new partners. It was a joy to hear their heart for ministry and see their courage. The love of Christ shines brightly in their ministry and in their unity.   

There is much joy and expectation for what God will do. The Lord is at work in Italy. May the hope of Jesus shine brightly! Please pray…

For the city of Florence

Our partners are asking us to locate to Florence because they believe that there is much potential for multi-cultural community growth.  It is also a good location for our language learning and Andrew’s school possibilities.

For school and visas

We plan to arrive in the middle of August. Schools in Italy start in September. We are praying that the doors will open for the right school and that Andrew’s Italian will be sufficient for a good start.
