Dear friend,
I wish you a very happy and healthy new year! May God’s hope, love, joy, and peace live within you and through you during 2019!
Thank you to all who attended my commissioning service on December 15th. It was a humbling experience to look out and see faces of dear friends, family, colleagues, and supporters. I still get a little choked up when I think about it. I felt very loved, prayed for, and supported by everyone, even those who weren’t there in person.
Since I have been commissioned I have been asked “When are you leaving?”
I don’t have a departure date yet, but I have a feeling it will be in a few months. In my last newsletter, I mentioned my recurring pledged support was at 83% and now it is 93%. So, a 10% increase in just two months is a huge YAY God! Once at 100%, I will go out to the International Ministries home office and the departure date can be set.
Thank you for journeying with me this year as I prepare to serve in Bolivia. I am eager to see what God has in store for my ministry in 2019.
Blessings,
Sarah
