“Surely you will summon nations you know not, and nations you do not know will come running to you, because of the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed you with splendor.” (Isaias 55:5).

Dear brothers and sisters, peace and grace for all.

We really can say that the Lord has done wonderful things in our midst.

This year 2016 has been a time of decisions, we have seen people making decisions to follow Jesus, but unfortunately, we also have seen people deciding not to walk with him any longer

In April, we had another Alpha course (this is a well-known discipleship course vastly used in the UK). This time we held it in the village of Litcham, 10 miles north from where we live. We had six participants. A Russian lady attended this ten week course and had the opportunity to hear the gospel. She also shared with us, how it was like living in Russia, many decades ago, where they could not talk about God or express any faith.

Hearing these testimonies, we could meditate a bit and realize how much freedom we have, but we do not use this freedom for the good of the Gospel

Here in the UK, God has given us the opportunity to meet people of different nationalities without leaving the country; God has sent the nations to us. We have had the opportunity to minster to them and in the end they all say: “If I were in my country I may not have the chance to hear the gospel as I am doing now.”

We are also in a decisive year for our ministry, we feel that God is doing something new for us, we feel that we will soon be moving from this region to another region of the UK. We have been here for ten years and Glory to God these have been ten fruitful years.  Praise be to our heavenly Father who has used us here in this place. God made his name known in this isolated region of the UK. PRAISE TO HIM!

The Missionary Hermelinda, plans to make a movie night in our home with the women of the international club. She is the process of choosing the right movie. She is praying to be something that will speak deeply into the hearts of these ladies and reveal the person of Jesus to them.

Please continue to pray for our children, as you already know this will be the third year of our son, Vinicius, at university and next month our daughter, Isabelle, will be starting hes first year at university.

We praise God for our children are doing well in their studies and on their walk of Faith.

Our daughter is also participating in the Alpha Course and has shown enough commitment to know the Lord more.  Vinicius, has also grown in faith. One of our greatest desire is to see our children loving Jesus!
