Terry and Tom help the Baptist Union of Bulgaria give holistic expression of the gospel. Tom works primarily in development and in job and small business creation, using these as a means to address the issues of poverty and trafficking. Recently God has directed Tom to accept a position on the home staff of International Ministries.

They write – Dear Friends,

This letter comes to you with mixed emotions. Seventeen years ago, we followed God’s leading to service with International Ministries which brought us to Bulgaria. Our boys were six and eight at the time; now they are grown into young men. We love Bulgaria and the people we have had the opportunity to work with during these years. We have made new friends and had to say goodbye to many during these years. Now it is our turn to say goodbye.

After much discussion and many prayers Tom has accepted a new role with International Ministries, serving as Director Global

Personnel Services. This new position will start March 1, 2019. Terry will be resigning from missionary service, but the exact date is yet to be determined. While we are extremely sad to leave our home for the past 17 years, we are looking forward to this new chapter in our lives and have really felt God’s presence and direction in making this decision.

We can never say thank you enough for each of your prayers and financial support during these past years. We have met many amazing people and had the blessing to speak in many churches, enjoying wonderful food and fellowship. God has blessed us in so many ways and we know He will continue to be with us as we move into this next chapter of our lives. … Please continue your prayers for us as we make this transition.
