As I turn the page on another quarter of ministry with International Ministries, I am reminded of a simple everyday experience: changing the calendar. The page we leave behind tells a story of Gods faithfulness. The page before us invites us to step forward in faith and anticipation.

This past quarter has been filled with opportunities to invest in theological education, leadership development, and spiritual formation across diverse contexts. When I began serving as a Global Theological Educator on January 2025, I set a long-term goal of helping to mentor and train 100 emerging theological leaders in collaboration with ministry partners around the world.

By God’s grace, we are already seeing encouraging progress toward that goal. Sor far, 28 students have received theological and leadership training through one of this ministry initiatives. In addition, at Cape Town Baptist Seminary, South Africa, approximately 60 students and leaders participated in my lecture, The Triadic Exegetical Task of the Leader, exploring how faithful leadership emerges from the dynamic interaction of Scripture, self-awareness, and context. More than 100 young people also participated in a spiritual formation presentation focused on deepening their walk with Christ and strengthening their witness in today’s world. This past year leaders and pastors attended and received training in ministry at the John Rangiah Memorial Mission Conference in Durban, South Africa.

These numbers represent more than statistics. They represent lives being shaped, leaders being equipped, and churches being strengthened for ministry and mission. I am also encouraged by the growing reach of the World Class Podcast. What began as a simple effort to foster listening, learning, and living has now reached listeners in 75 countries. Each download represents an opportunity to engage leaders, students, pastors, and believers in thoughtful reflection on faith, leadership, mission, and discipleship.

A key part of this vision is continuing to connect with and provide training for Gen Z and youth each quarter through Zoom. These ongoing opportunities for connection, discipleship, and leadership development are essential as we invest in the next generation and encourage them to grow in their faith and calling. It requires partnerships, prayer, encouragement, and ongoing investment in theological education and leadership formation.

The next chapter of this ministry will require continued investment. The need for well- equipped, biblically grounded, mission-minded leaders remains significant in many parts of the world. Together, we have the opportunity to help raise up leaders who will disciple others, strengthen local churches, and participate faithfully in Gods mission for generations to come.

Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and faithful support. Your partnership allows this ministry to continue investing in people whose influence will extend far beyond what any of us can see today. As one quarter ends and another begins, I move forward with confidence in God’s faithfulness and anticipation for what lies ahead. The calendar page has turned, but the calling continues.
