“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
(Isaiah 9:6)
May the Peace of Christ be with all!
Another Christmas is coming and with it another opportunity to celebrate the birth of the King of kings and Saviour of the world. Our prayer is that our hearts this Christmas will reflect on the true meaning of Christmas and its transforming power. The verb who became flesh came to transform lives and reconcile them with the Father. May Christmas become a missionary act for the whole world.
In the United Kingdom – Great Yarmouth
Here we are preparing for our Christmas celebration. We want lives to come to know the Lord in the service we will have on Saturday the 23rd. For this we have invited many people from the town. Lately we have experienced quite significant numerical growth in the congregation. What God is doing is beautiful. When we took up this ministry in January of this year, the congregation had about 20 adults and 6 children, today, one year later we have about 50 adults and more than 15 children and teenagers. All this comes from God and we are grateful to him.In January 2018, we will be starting the baptismal classes and we already have some names. Keep praying that the Lord will be moving hearts and preparing them for this important occasion.
In Tanzania – Moshi – Kikavu
In the month of November, Mel and I visited the social work we developed in Kikavu, a region very remote in the Northeast of Tanzania. It was wonderful to see that the projects have helped ease the suffering of many people in that area. The medical clinic we started there has helped a lot in people’s quality of life. Our next step is to build the mother & child and specialist diabetes unit. Maternal and infant mortality is high in the region. 15% of children in Kikavu dies before the age of 3. A center like this will help reduce this statistic a lot. If you wish to contribute please contact us or follow this link: https://www.totalgiving.co.uk/appeal/healthamplifier-mother-child
Thank you
We would like to thank all of you for your prayers and financial commitment. We come to end of one more year and when we look back we can see what our God did. Every achievement was possible because you have been supporting us in this journey. As we look ahead we are sure that the best of God is yet to come. Thank you so much.
Prayer
Wishing all of you a blessed Christmas and wonderful New Year!
