Hello, my dear friends and faithful ministry partners!
I hope you had a great Christmas with your family and you are enjoying some down time during these holidays. 2019 is coming to an end, two days to be exact and we are facing this new journey in the year 2020. I have been home-bound for the past twenty-five days. I came home from my last trip and had my knee surgery two days later. Since then, I have been home recuperating and looking back on all the things I’ve done in the past twelve months. Traveling, speaking, interacting with hundreds of people during my deputation, has been the experienced of a lifetime. God’s awesomeness and faithfulness through my journey this past year has filled me a sense of awe and gratitude. I praise Him for what He has done and still doing in my life. During my travels, the Apostle Paul came to mind repeatedly. How he endured many sufferings, but he maintained his focus on God. He did not allow anything that crossed his path to hinder him in his mission. His number one focus was to live his life to the honor and glory of God. My all time prayer is to have a focus like the Apostle Paul. I want to glorify God in deeds and in everything that I do. I am so grateful to all those who invited me, opened their churches and allowed me to share my calling and ministry. To those who welcomed me and opened their homes to me, thank you! And to those who are faithfully supporting me already in finance and prayers, thank you so much! Thank you for allowing me to be your hands and feet for the glory of God! Thank you for journeying with me and sending me to the mission field to do God’s work. Honor, glory, and praises to the One Who direct our lives! |

Prayer Request:
Your prayers are bringing God’s goodness on this wonderful adventure. Thank you! Please continue praying. • Please pray for the MTS (Masters in Theological Studies) Program students and our professors. • Please pray for God’s provision for my funding that I may reach my 100% goal that I may be sent to the mission field. • Please pray for my physical healing, protection and safety; as well as joy and God’s favor that He will meet all my needs when I travel. • Please pray for my parents and grandmother for physical healing, protection and safety while I’m away. |
The New Year symbolizes a new beginning. What’s your wish for this coming New Year? Perhaps, you have a new year’s resolution? There are longings in our heart we always wanted to change within us or in our life; and we tend to think, January 1st is when we start those changes to happen. I think the New Year is a good motivation point to make changes or to start with something anew; unfortunately, we tend to only be good for the first two weeks or could be a little longer, then we give up. I would like to inspire you with a Word from lamentation 3:22-23 (ESV) “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” Praise God for His faithfulness! We don’t need to wait for the New Year to make changes; in Christ we “always” have a new beginning. No matter how many times we tripped and fall, we can always get up and start afresh in Him. Because of God’s steadfast love for us that never ceases, we can count on Him that each day of our lives we always get a second chance. “God’s mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning!” |
In closing of this journal, I would like to say a prayer for you. For 2020, my prayer for you and your love ones is that a supernatural harvest of blessing will spring forth in your life and ministry in ways you’ve never imagined. I pray that the Lord will open the windows of heaven and pour out His abundance on you. I pray for healing, greater strength, wisdom, and understanding in every area of your life. May you hear God’s voice and fill your heart with His presence. I declare His favor over you at home, at work, and everywhere you go. I declare that His peace and joy will surround you. May you have greater dreams and visions for your future, and greater influence on those around you for the cause of Christ. May you walk in the fear of the Lord. May His light shine upon you and light the path before you. I pray for good relationship with people in your life; and for those who are still waiting for someone special in your life, I declare His favor over you and lead you the person He molded just for you. May He encourage you with His love, amaze you with His grace, overwhelm you with His mercy and comfort you with His compassion-and may everything you set your hand to this New Year may prosper and succeed for your good and His glory. I lift up this prayer and declarations to the most precious and mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Thank you for stepping up to the call with me! Happy Blessed New Year! Much love in Christ, – Jae |
