To God be the Glory -- Psalms as a reflection of my service

As I prepare to open the door to new opportunities in God's future -- the leadership of Reid Trulson as IM's executive director, and my return to my passion -- working directly with our partners and personnel -- this time in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, I cannot think of better words of gratitude to God than those of the psalmists who penned poetic prose, declaring that all glory belongs to God. I offer them now in a humble reflection on the time God has allowed me to serve as a bridge to his promises for IM and our participation in Christ's mission to the world.

Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise,
I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart;
I will tell of all your wonders,
I will be glad and rejoice in you;
I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.
Praise the Lord, O my soul;
All my inmost being, praise his holy name.

Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth,
For the Lord is good and his hove endures forever;
His faithfulness continues through all
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
His love endures forever.
Not to us, O Lord, not to us
But to your name be the glory,
Because of your love and faithfulness.

Praise the Lord, all you nations;
Extol him, all you peoples.
For great is his love toward us,
And the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever.
Praise the Lord.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord.
