Sponsor Indian Baptists to Attend Summit 2019

International Ministries seeks to raise $66,445 to bring together 2,000 Baptist partners from across India.

Goal: $66,445

About This Mission Project

The 12 American Baptist partners in India are spread out across the Northeast, East and South and include both organized and home churches. Their members are people of various ethnicities, languages and dialects with varied economic backgrounds. It is challenging to bring everyone together in one location to celebrate their unity in the midst of diversity.

The 2019 India Baptist Summit will conduct forums about women, youth, religious liberty and human trafficking. The vision is to bring awareness and action at the grassroots level.

Mission Project Specifics

International Ministries seeks to raise $66,445 to bring together 2,000 Baptist partners from across India. For the partners and their affiliated churches, it will be a time for refreshing the vision, analyzing progress and rededicating their commitment to growing together.

This project will be managed by the India Mission Coordination Committee.

It is anticipated that this project will address the sociocultural and religious life of the church in India and will have a long-term effect by bringing believers together to address the prevailing concerns in their churches and society and to get engaged in an action plan.
